NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR PROPOSAL
#02-23-20018 AIRPORT TERMINAL PLUMBING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PORT OF BREMERTON is hereby seeking proposals for public works contract work for the construction of Airport Terminal Plumbing.
SCOPE AND NATURE OF WORK: Construction consists of replacing the galvanized pipe potable water lines from water meter in the Airport Terminal Building located at 8850 SW State Hwy 3, Bremerton, WA 98312. Includes water heater replacement (w/expansion tank and drain pan), any necessary flushometer replacements, necessary insulation, recirculation pump and line from water heater, and any other tasks or work bidder deems necessary to accomplish the scope. The building has a north and a south bathroom, this scope excludes the male and female restrooms at the north end of the building.
Bidder must include a written detailed statement of work to be performed, a price breakdown of the tasks performed, with descriptions with quantities of materials installed.
Specify the hourly rates and markup for additional work due to unforeseen circumstances. Excludes drywall and any concrete/asphalt repairs.

Electronic proposals as accepted via e-mail to: jamesg@portofbremerton.org with CC to ellena@portofbremerton.org. Request a delivery and read receipt on electronically submitted proposals. Bid prices will be publicly read following the proposal submission deadline at Airport Conference Room, 8850 SW State Hwy 3, Bremerton, WA 98312.
